We investigate allegations of patent infringement, and we regularly counsel clients on how to avoid infringing the patent rights of their competitors. We respond to cease-and-desist letters, and when appropriate, we work to negotiate business solutions to intellectual property disputes.

Our practice includes preparing formal written opinions concerning patent infringement, validity and enforceability. We also conduct freedom-to-operate studies for our client’s new or contemplated products or services.
